Extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil is produced by our select Greek family farmers who ensure that only the best extra virgin olive oil reaches our valued customers.
Olives are handpicked so not to be bruised and lose their nutritional ingredients and unique taste. The modern techniques used for the olive oil extraction, allow heat to reach up to 27C° (first cold extraction) and preserve the fruits’ nutrients. The best outcome is collected, following all the appropriate analyzes, and stored in metal tanks until its bottling.
All procedures follow ISO 9001 & 22000.
