Red sweet pepper powder

We are lucky, as this unique red pepper variety flourishes in our region. It is considered to be one of the tastiest peppers cultivated in Greece. It has an intense sweet flavor, which is strengthened through the drying process, and it is characteristic for its distinctive aroma.

Add it to any homemade dishes of the Greek cuisine, such as soups, legumes, stews or grilled food, even in something as simple as baked potatoes. The food will obtain a distinctive taste and aroma, as well as an intense red color.
